My mum told me about it and she also said it is one of the best vitamin/mineral pills that she has tried. (And trust me she has tried a lot, her cupboard almost looks like she is opening a health shop :pfft: )

She said she could feel a big difference after taking it so I'm going to give it a go. I just wanted to let everyone here know about it

That's actually kinda interesting. It's my understanding that the limit for Potassium in NZ supplements is 99mg per dose/serving. Yet this supplement states it contains 200mg.

I read that the only way to get higher doses per capsule/tablet etc is by prescription.

Can you please confirm, as per the label, if the dose is one capsule? The website does not state.
