My modified diet

  1. 210 g drained tuna + 125 g pasta + 330 ml grapefruit drink = breakfast
  2. 100 g rice + 200 g vegetables + 250 g chicken + 330 ml milk = lunch
  3. 350 ml milk + 30 g protein powder = protein shake
  4. 125 g pasta + 250 g chicken + 330 ml milk = dinner
  5. 350 ml milk + 30 g protein powder = protein shake

I also take six 1500 mg fish caps a day, sometimes also a banana.

Total caloric intake is about 3600, with 40% coming from proteins, 40% from carbohydrates and 20% from fats. Am trying to slowly gain mass.
