All I want to know is what it entails from the organisers point of view ie what the instructions are for the competitors who enter. I dont want to get into a debate about it.

1st ones boobies are poptastic!!! No seriously they look like they are going to pop! :pfft: Great bods I think most chicks would be happy looking like those ladies :nod: Still visable shapely muscle, leaness, nice femine shape. Still lots of hard slog and dieting to get to that say 10-15% at a guess.
