First time in three years I get to eat my B-day cake!!!

This is the first time in three years that I´m not dieting over my birthday

so I will go crazy on B-day cake and all the good stuff you should eat on your B-day. I should at least be five lbs heavier when this day is over because I will eat like a pig for the rest of the day.

Train hard and eat your cake folks I now I will.
