Can be performed with a dumbell, barbell or kettlebell.

There will be plenty of youtube examples of how to perform the exercise.

Let me know how you find it.

Example is with a kettlebell (56kgs) but as I said it can be performed with a dumbell or barbell. The example shown is more of a side press than a true bent press which involves more squatting and getting under the weight. One way to get your lats to work harder is to prefatigue your triceps so they cant help with the pressing.

Do you have a picture you could post here showing the movements? Hard to visualise how a press movement can develop lats.
