So you have only been back in the gym for a month and you want to use?

^this, you cant expect to be as strong as you were when you were training, wait a few months and with good diet and training your strength will quickly return.

You will reach your goals so much faster if you get your training down for a few months before starting your cycle, not that you won't make tremendous gains right now with say 500mg ew split into 2 jabs of test enan or cyp for 10 or 12 weeks, optional front loaded with 100mg test prop eod or 25 or 30 mg ed of tbol or dbol ed for the first 4 to 6 weeks, but if you get yourself in routine you will probably respond better. We are about the same age I'm 41. Also remember Don't even think of starting a cycle without everything in hand including pct, this is what I have used, nolva dosed 40mg ed for the first week and 20mg ed for the next 3 week's other's like other thing's ask around. Also keep something on hand like letro or nolva for the dreaded moobs should they arise.

There are other things to consider like adding hcg to keep the boys from shrinking and a lot of guys will recommended guy's our age not run a cycle without it but I like simple and imo the least amount of compounds the better, besides If the boy's shrink up a bit the unit look's a little bigger hahahaha

If you were talking to me steak, I have always been pretty athletic, started training in high school for strength and athletics Football, Judo and a little karate. I train now day's to stay in shape for my occupation as it's pretty physical and wrestling with my 19 yo son

(He's not bad ) hwt Greco Roman champion in our area I end up his throwing dummy most of the time. As far as lifting goes I pretty much only use basics, all compound lift's, more of a pl.

lol no offence steak but u really dont no your stuff at all! you need to do some research big time before shoving substances into your body

sounds like the same old advice but a few of us have thought we knew it all and ended up with some shitty outcomes

:nod: I agree ... if you are close to trialing a cycle - you should already know some of the answers to your questions.

Keep asking. You will get the answers eventually. Just most old hands appreciate those that have taken the time to do some of their own research before asking the big general questions. Its very hard to give an answer to these questions unless the poster has some basic understanding of how gear works & is administered. Then also you can be more specific in your questions which will result in more informative responses.
