Unfortunately, I only just thought of this, and everybody is asleep, so i won't get any advice soon enough. However, it may be useful to others, and I'll definately check it when I get back.

I'm leaving for South Africa in four hours time for a two week martial arts comp, in which I'll be competing in the the freeform wushu events (My form being integrated martial arts based on judo). Anyway,

I have a thriteen-hour flight to endure from Sydney to South Africa!

How is a bodybuilder meant to survive this sort of thing?

When I travel i take myoplex sachets and small cans of tuna as the large ones aren't allowed.Take protein bars.Take a shaker and use their water to mix it.Small packets of raisins. I add the tuna to their small meals and fill in the gaps between meals.
