with doing jabs eod with prop, how many sites do you really need to rotate with prop, ie how often do you re-use a site, given the apparent site-pain that is constantly noted. just wanting peoples experiences.

I like using Prop as a site injection. Use it into Bis & Tris. I know that most dont rate site injections unless you are using Synthol or similar, but I have used it with some success. Mix it with Deca. Interesting to see if anyone else has used it in this way.

yip site inject prop, think there is some value to it, i like to rotate bis tris delts quads repeat.

I'd go 4 sites. 1 site every 7 days as a rule of thumb.

Its interesting that some Bros here have had some growth with site injections using Prop. It's commonly rejected by most as having any use but its good to see some think otherwise. I believe Prop can be a muscle fascia agonist particularly in small muscle groups like arms. I found EOD inj of a ml Prop & half ml deca in each bi or tri can help growth. Good quality Prop does not hurt that much. I normally follow up with fairly intense training of that part. Do this over a few weeks. Might be symptomatic but hell worth a go.

I did a site with prop for a friend that wasn't really into BBing but wanted to build up him calfs for cycling (road bike).

The pump lasted about 10 days as he rode home straight afterwards :pfft: (was the old school yellow bladder with the sheep on the label - quality )
