Hi

Great to see an NZ based website, looks very flash.

I have been on a rather extended (18 months) "bulking phase" :pfft: and seem to have quitely moved back to my "set point" of 97kg's at 5'11 = FATBOY needing to get SLIM.

I have been doing 1 heavy weights session per week with a personal trainer and thats it. I am about to start the pre summer weightloss programme i.e get off my fat ass and do some regular cardio and weights.

Might even watch what I eat, back to protein and veges and lowish carbs could speed up the process.

Anyway - thats my intro to the group - see you in the forums!

Gidday mate, sounds like a good starting plan youve got there, getting into some regular lifting routines will help shed any unwanted fat.
