Straight-Leg Deadlifts stance

Recommended Posts

That's exactly what I do now, but thanks anyway. To be honest though, I feel like deadlifts don't really hit legs, just back for me. Currently I do three sets of 10, 6, and 4 reps (all almost to failure), perhaps worth changing that?

Do you have any other advices for hitting the inner thigh? Thanks.

The general rule for hitting legs is - foot position close hits the outside sweep, foot position wide hits the inside leg. You can apply to squats, leg press & hacks. Also turning your toes in or out has a similar efect. Best play around with different positions & see what feels to be hitting the target muscle.
