What are the excuses you always tell yourself to not go to the gym/do a certain exercise etc etc?

Some exercises i wont do because they put pressure on some bodyparts like skull crushers and things like that where you're mostly using your elbows i cant do very well so i avoid them.

Also i always seem to make excuses when i'm running like i'll be on the treadmill and start to get a slight stitch then i'll think to myself i'll run double what i was going to do today only when the next day comes i always find myself with the same excuses......and i'm sposed to be training up for running in the army :cry:

I dont make excusses but work somtimes does not allow me to train and it disappoints me badly. But we are getting a gym at work soon !

wow sounds like you hit the jackpot with that job mate!

Im pretty much the same as pseud, if time is a factor i will chop of a few sets here and there, possibley miss the workout all together, rarely that though.

I dont not do any particular exercise because it feels weird or painful though, just suck it up, you get to that point of really bad pain then all of a sudden its so bad its starts to be good...
