HELP!!!

My friend has asked me for some advice on a diet as he has just started at the gym and honestly has no idea whatsoever! :shock:

He will be training 3 times a week - 60min sessions - mixture weights and cardio.

Can anyone suggest a healthy diet that requires minimum effort (I know it sounds weak but he won't put that extra effort in to it)?

No you're right it wouldn't be too difficult but I'm a girl and I don't know what would be a good diet for a guy...

exactly the same as what you would eat.. just MORE :grin:

just clean carbs good fats and good old protein.

its really that simple there no magic secret.

good carbs are oats, brown rice etc..

protien chicken fish beef etc..

fats fslax seed oil vegetable oils fish oils etc.

just split up 6-8 meals a day with each meal have each of those 3 things in it. its VERY simple. i dont know why ppl try to make it so hard
