Hi,

I am new to this forum and would appreciate any feedback from women who have undertaken a Programme via on-line. I see Lisa Menzies and Sheta offer their services. Who should I go with really is my question? My aim is to be as toned and looking in dam good nick as I can. I am 46 years old and presently following a programme out of a book called system 3. All help most appreciated.

I wanna apologise in advance that my opinion probably is not very helpful.

I just think that it'll be better if you can afford a personal trainer in real life, because you can get a good food nutrition plan and exercise plan but if you doing anything movement wrong no body is there to fix you, even you can learn the movement off the video on internet of something. But if you can get someone else to help you witht the exercise in gym that would be no problem.

  • 7 months later...

I realise you posted this a long time ago but if you're still looking for an online trainer and system, try http://www.precisionnutrition.com - it's really amazing. My best mate went from being seriously obese to a seriously hardcore powerlifter. My fitness has improved heaps just in the 5 weeks I've been on.

They only do two intakes a year so you've got to get on their list. Their programme sells out in 48 hours or so and then you've got to wait another 6 months. But the results are crazy.

Good luck to yoU!
