Mountain Bread Wraps

Is it any good?? Or considered a bad form of carbs?

Obviously only used where rice or oats isnt possible - does it compare?

I think they are great, they have bugger all carbs for a bread, I use them as a carrier to wrap my protein in, gotta be less carbs than a serving of rice or other starchy stuff!

Definitely do - they are great for wraps.

I think the white labelled one is whole wheat, which from what I understand would be the best option out of all of them as far as 'healthiness' goes.
