Rapid weight gain?

So last year took me 6 months to go from 79kgs to a solid 87kgs and then i stopped going to the gym and didnt weigh myself for like almost a year until i started going back to the gym just over a month ago now i used to weigh myself before and after every gym session which is what i do now.

Like if i ate a big bowl of porridge and weetbix then came to the gym i would be like 1 - 2 kgs heavier since i had a full stomach but this is weird....for the last month i have glided in between 88 - 89kgs for over a month then yesterday i went to my army medical and used there scales and it said 91kgs so i was like hmmm....maybe the scales are wrong here because the day before i was only 89. I went to bed last night at 11pm then woke up today at 11am and had a bowl of cornflakes and one apple then like 2 or 3 hours later i went to the gym (at 2:00pm) so i jumped on the scales when i got there and i was just over 91kgs so i was very pleased at my weight and thought it wasnt the food because ive only had a bowl of cornflakes in over 12 hours!! then i did my workout and went really hard and only had about half a bottle of water then jumped on the scales again and it boosted up to 94kgs then after standing for awhile it sunk to 93kgs......this is very unusual this has never happend to me and im very pleased to be this heavy, does anyone know why? ive been resting alot lately maybe the muscle has finally shut up and grown

Ummm, unless your body is turning into a sponge or you are hygroscopic and are absorbing moisture from the atmosphere I don't see how you could gain 2kg during a training session when you have only consumed 500ml of water (I'm assuming half a bottle was 500ml = 0.5kg) - I think your scales are a bit up the shoot.

There is absolutely no point in weighing yourself before and after the gym unless you want to find out how much you sweated or how much you drank - these will probably nullify each other anyway.

I often look in the mirror while i'm touching myself

heh jokes ummm i think i'm making alot better gains than what i used to last year......last year i was spending way to much time in the gym and now im spending less time in the gym and more time eating and i find its working much better than last year.....i mean i put on 2kgs of muscle in less than an hour :P

You can also gain o.5kg just by taking a big breath while on the scales.

Also with that water thing, you gain weight by drinking more than you sweat, i often gain 2kgs of weight within a workout period (espeically if it aint hot and havent been trainin hard)
