Attention Ladies: Strongwoman

Sorry about the post in both forums, I wanted to make sure everyone saw it

We are looking at starting up a Strongwoman group in conjunction with the AUT Strongman group. If you like lifting heavy shit around, this is for you!! Strongman combines both strength, endurance and technique and it's a lot of fun.

Training would most likely be on Sundays (not too early though :pfft: ) on the North Shore AUT campus.

We had our first training session yesterday and it was awesome. We practiced the log lift, farmers walks, tire flip, car pull and lifting stones onto a barrel. If any ladies are still interested we're training fortnightly on Sundays. Next training session is on the 16th.

Why watch, when you can join in :nod: I think the guys have their own training sesh, but otherwise, I don't see why you can't hang with us.
