I use the unflavoured protein (Balance WPI) I just use trim milk to mix, which helps the flavour if you don't mind the taste of milk

after while kinder get use to it..

Same! I mix up unflavoured WPI with water. I buy Eat Me WPI because it is much cheaper than Balance.

I recommend fonterra powder. Not the nicest - but the price overrides that.

thats a shit price for fonterra stuff in the 1kgs why bother

ive seen Balance 3kgs unflavoured WPI as low as $160

and the flavoured stuff for as low as $175

personally I coant be fucked with the unflavoured stuff

and to mr scientist talking about dextrose - do you put maltodextrin in it too? - apparently malto is faster than dextrose. I went to hauraki homebrew on the advise of other members and got heaps of both - i mix it 50 50 and add about 2 large scoops- same volume (not weight) as the protein that i have in my PWO shake. Does the trick
