Where do I find cable attachments?

Hi, hope someone out there can help me with this.

I'm building a cable pulldown rack for doing lats as well as tricep pull downs and have everything sorted except the cable attachments, anyone know where I could find a wide bar for doing lat cable pulldowns and also my old favorite, the big knotted rope for the tricep pull downs?

Don't really wanna construct a bodge job for the bar if possible.
