How much gear do pros use??

Guys,

Posting this because I had a mate that came extremely close to death by taking large amounts of Deca. Some fool gave him a calculation to work out how much to take per week. This guy was naturally big, about 98kg before stepping foot in a gym. He started on 30mg A DAY!!. Was growing huge so I approached him as even for a user it was freakish. Told him to stop, drink heaps of fluid (useless as deca is oil based but worth a try). He ended up in hospital with the doctors saying that he could be gone in a few weeks. He made it and never got back into the gym.

If you are going to use, do your research. Then get your facts from different sources to clarify the amount you should be taking for your body weight. Of course it depends on the quality of the product as well. You can do some real permanent damage if you are not careful.

The other misconception is that you use a roid and instantly your biceps just grow a few inches. I know most of the people that have posted on this thread know enough but this is for the inexperienced who happen to read some of these threads... Especially the cycles and dosages, they are plain scary and could kill at those doses.

Basically if you take deca, you can do a full body workout on Monday. Back it up on Tuesday, have Wed off then back into it Thurs and Fri... Most people will recover from a full body smashing (compound exercises as we are using deca to build bulk) within a 24 hour period. Wed off to save on ligament damage (some would not do this).

So basically you can do a months workout in a week. However it is very mentally challenging to work at 100%, throwing up and fainting quantifies as 100%. We are talking sitting in the car park for 30 minutes after a workout waiting for the pump to subside because you cannot grip the steering wheel sort of stuff (So I hear!!).

Then you have to eat enough for your body to repair too.

It is not a walk in the park, if you are not prepared to absolutely bust everything you have then stick to Creatine (buy a kg of decent stuff and stay on loading phase for four weeks, 20g a day (four teaspoons). If you are not getting a killer pump on this you either don't have technique or are not working hard enough... mind you it could be inferior creatine as well but doubtful..

Then there are the side effects.

Not condoning use at all, not the intention.

Sorry man my previous comment didnt mean more importantly than what you said.

You're the first person whos made a comment I've read that talks sense about the dangers of taking steroids, and I'm talking about the amount to take, as with any drug.

haha and I know what you mean about waiting for the pump to subside while in the car. I couldnt even wash my armpits in the shower my arms were so pumped. (I train naturally yo.) Shame really, as they were the stinkiest part of my body after my workout. :pfft:

you sure he was on deca ? not dbol ? and if deca you sure that was the right dose ??

I wouldnt be taking any advice from this guy pump. He hasnt stated what was medically "wrong" with his mate other than he was on the gear. For all we know he could have ended up in hospital for something completely non-steroid related.

I wouldnt be taking any advice from this guy pump. He hasnt stated what was medically "wrong" with his mate other than he was on the gear. For all we know he could have ended up in hospital for something completely non-steroid related.

Ok hot shot. What did he end up in hospital for? A sore toe?

He ended up in hospital while he was on deca is fucking bullshit. If you want to make a statement suggesting his hospital visit was related you better be prepared to explain why and how otherwise no one here is going to believe you. It's like me saying my mate ended up in hospital while driving his car...and not saying how he ended up there but recommending that no-one drive cars anymore.

30mgs a day would be 200mgs a week so 1 mill of deca a week.how the hell do you divide that up on a daily basis.

is not going to do stuff all for anyone and definitely wont put some one in hospital

if your anti roids good on you but at least get your facts right before warning people of the dangers. sounds like you know nothing about what your talking about.
