i think you will find everyone is different and some people consume way more than others and struggle to gain mass

you need to see what works for you by upping your intake

go for good clean carbs 6 or 7 times a day with protien of course

try rice oats potates pasta etc for good carbs

ive just come of a 3 month bulking cycle and made reallygood gains eating clean but lots

if you know what your daily requirements are to stay where your at then its a good start to be upping it and checking results on a weekly basis.
