and yeah you do need to eat a lot of meat to keep the carbs up but however

yeah that was a typo for wheat (refering to all the grain in his diet) yeah duhh meat have carbs...i know i need to double check my posts more often:)

Sorry Ramy, just didn't understand the post, also didn't know beef has carbs, actually I still don't know it.......... :crazy:

meal 4... protein isnt enough put 250g meat in there.

First off, I'd listen to Android... He has alot of experience and I've seen his competition pictures. I always listen to the guys who are bigger than I and have years of experience...

No offence but you've been training for only 8 months......?????????

actually im trying to add more meals and more calories and more protein im constantly adding but im taking it slowly so my apetite can adjust... which fourth meal were you refering to anyway?

and yeah i probly do need to use full stops more...theres a few to make up for lost times.

so why arent my statements accurate? like i said that meat carb thing was a typo for wheat...if you followed the paragraph youd realise i was refering to all the grain and startch in holdens diet...

loochi i never said i was 5 percent i said i was on the verge of, I was 6.1 now its coming up which is good its more controlled and trying to controll it better now. and i have already displayed photos in this topic or another topic of me 16 weeks in(4 months) i was 7.5 or 7.something...i got as low as 6.1 later on now im in the 7's....

i use to train when i was 16/17 and i stopped now im 19 and i knew the mistakes i was doing back then and ive researched and not taken peoples advice because many people give different advice

cant grow without carbs

you wont grow big without eating carbs

you cant put on muscle and burn fat at the same time

you cant get big without pushing big

you have you push low reps to get big

and many other misleading information. id definately consider valid information by somebody who competes i havnt even seen androids pics or anyone else here. but definately the regular gym ppl who just go in dont train hard and give invalid information has lead me to researching and i believe i know what i need to know. however i know i still need to work on my diet and change my program to get maximum gains.

I am listening to android, and i completely agree with you. Im very grateful to get advice from such experienced people.

Hennie: Thanks Hen! Appreciate that! I don't really like giving out advice since I started bodybuilding in Mar 2007 but all I know that has and still is working for a cut is..

I avoid (try as much as possible) trans fats, saturated fats (though egg yellows has some n meat has some saturated, cant help that. Get as lean meats as possible and less servin of egg yolk) and sugars. (except fruits in the morning) - that's my advice on a cut.. If any of your experienced fellas out there can give you input on how valid this is, appreciate it. Chur.

i dont have any new pics parents have my camera in china atm but ill take some as soon as they get back i guess...or maybe ill try take some on the webcam ill see what the webcam shots are like neverthe less i had to reduce those photos and lost so much quality as the limit is 256kb so i might get some webcam ones...

still waiting for these pics ramy.

no problem i said i would thur/fri :) infact i just finished work now i tried taking photo with webcam but no self timer ill take one home when my sister comes home from work of front double biceps so expect to see it in this thread tomorrow.

luigi im not planning on bulking just increase the eating and shakes but im doing it slowly as i dont wanna mess up my performance in the gym...its worked well so far and even better in the last few months as ive taken the eating up but now im getting serious and trying to push for meals so i feel this is the quickest way i can grow without steroids.

yesterday i consumed

7am-3 whole grain PB toasties, banana, yoghurt, talll milk/tea

10 am-3 whole fruit, pills,

11 am - shake

12 pm -tuna(no toast on off days)

2 pm - shake

3.30 pm 3 fish fillets

4 pm- shake

5.30-6 pm-3 drumsticks mixed veges

7-8pm 8 egg whites

8.30/9.00pm shake

im gunna be having a shake before breakfast now...and on days im gunna double serve my post workout shake i havnt been having my regular handfull of peanuts as i use to as im not able to find the time worked like 12 days straight first day off today but gunna try do this between 12-3 pm

the only changes really is like just with the shakes as theyre most convenient. but i wanna try add another whole meal in there.

im gunna be putting up a new workout routine to get some thoughts before i start it next week ive made some adjustments this week with my workouts this week so it wont be so much of a radical change.
