Should I be spending money on glutamine wile bulking?

i have been, i find its helped with recovery hard. plus it also spose to help release natural growth hormones so guess every little bit helps ahe??

Thanks for your opinion 1day, I'm glad that you didn't just make fun of me by calling me "pies" or other hurtfull names that make me :cry: or in other words :( an also :evil: .

yea all gud mate. but i prob woudnt keep eating pies while u bulk anyways.............. :pfft:

pies are all good mate chicken,cranberry and brie and chicken satay especially, not mention the good old mince!

glutamine makes up 60% of aminos in skeletal muscle. it is also what your body uses in times of stress,that's why it's good to take when cutting, but the heavy training when you're bulking has got to be stressful too so if you can afford to buy some, no reason not to take it. alot of protein powders contain glutamine so check how much is in yours.

10g-15g a day spaced out would be all good from what i've read.

can also stack it with beta-alanine and creatine done this before and had some good results.

I read that Cottage Cheese Ketchup Soup, with fresh mint and chocolate chips, is great for bulking. For added zest use chicken feet.

Or how about a shredded tuna latte? Donut and squid casserole...
