Apart from repping out some light weights, and gradually carb loading throughout the day, what are we successfully using these days to maximise vascularity before going on stage?

Waxy Maize is a key component (smokes Vitargo) in the latest in carb delivery tech that bypasses the stomach and goes right to work at muscle level (see Muscle Tech Intravol or BSN Volumise or Nutrex VolGrow)

I know many have had success with using Gaspari's SuperPump 250 pre-contest. Has anyone used his dedicated hardcore Nitric Oxide product PLasmaJet? I used some (it's a 10 liquid pill blister pack) during workouts for amazing pumps however I'm miles from show condition and would love to see the result on someone with single digit bodyfat.

In my final week before a show this is Plasma Jet working.

I have no idea of b.f% sorry but had just stopped cardio and was one of my final workouts before Saturdays show.

I didn't use PlasmaJet on show day it doesn't do much for vascularity unless you do a good workout. Instead you want to be loaded with fats and carbs, then take simple sugars backstage while you pump up.

I like the larger veins in 1st pic personally, but 2nd pic doesn't show same pose, they were just as visible and easier to bring out with the sugars.
