shipping times from bb.com

A few weeks ago I ordered some clothing from bb.com and am just wondering if any one else has bought anything from them and if so how long it generally takes to get here and if there were any issues?? Cheers

There are 2 delivery options when you order, usually if you buy about 1kg or more they are both the same price so pick the quicker one.

One is 5-7 days and has FedEx tracking, the other is 10-14 days and no tracking.

Always pick the 5-7 day one so you can see where your stuff is instead of worrying. If it is held up at Customs at least you know it arrived as it tells you this on the tracking page.

I've had an order not arrive as they lost the container in a wharf accident, BB.com sent out a replacement order immediately, best service I've ever encountered by a long shot.

Thanks for the feedback, I only ordered a couple of singlets,wasnt over 1kg so I chose the cheaper 10-14day option.. I got in touch with bb.com (they replied within 30mins, top service!) and said it may have got held up a customs.. Hopefully turn up next week I suppose.. Cheers

Most of the stuff dosent really get held up. BB.Com dont traditionally send anything now that Customs wont allow in, however the courier companies still have to download their manifests for Customs to release then. So if you paid premiuim freight you may sometimes get a small delay at the weekend.

These guys are pretty bloody good and I`ve had stuff within 5 days. They welcome all feedback too.

i have always herd they have such a good rep for customer service until that post from Pseudonym, that was in 2005 yea? maybe they have bucked up there ideas since then.. maybe not though.. we will see

surely they cant use the held in customs excuse as it is just a belt..
