Creatine vs Nitric Oxide

I don't think this has been covered before, howevver my question is.

Is it worth taking just plain creatine as a supplement if you take eg Superpump on workout days?

If you do take creatine, do you also need the superpump (or other nitric oxide)?

I have just finished a tub of the Superpump and wondering whether it may be better now to cycle with just plain creatine for a bit.

superpump doesnt have a full dose of creatine in it so yes i would go for some creatine on the side.. have a 4week break after superpump or creatine for that matter

as for needing superpump (nitric oxide) no one needs it but it may aid in your training, alot of people are saying nitric oxide products are a waste and acheive nothing.. i think there is a few studies backing this up but i have not seen them. if arginine does nothing but give you a pump i think the workout intensity level that can be acheived with these products makes up for it but each to their own..

i would try beta alanine if i was you thats whats on my list next along with creapure creatine.
