looking for a gym buddy

hello to everyone .

im a newbie in this site ...and im looking for a gym buddy .

well im a sort of a gym rat.

but i stopped a few months ago.

cos i dunno if im doin my routine right or wat.

i planned to compete this coming october. in nzfbb amateurs..

but i don't think that i will make it ,.can someone help me..

i used to work out in westwave .but its gettin crowded at night ,,,

i hope someone can help me .

my height is 5'8" tall.

im 19 years old

weighing 81 kg's atm.

and i live in henderson and used to go to westwave

but i stopped a couple of months ago for some reasons.

but im plannin to come back and continue wat i started.

and ive been trying hard for ages to compete in nzfbb but that

doesn't happened.

cos im not sure if im doin my routine and diet right,

i go to the gym 3 times a week.

sometimes 5.

from 7pm til the gym closed.

can someone gimme some advice in bodybuilding please?

or maybe can be my gym buddy.? :pfft:

I see that you posted for a buddy last year and this is a bit late but im gonna try get hold of you anyway... I previously had a spotting or gym partner....he wasnt in the best of shape and was always searhing for excuses as to why he hasnt been able to make it to train with me i see your motivated to get into bodybuilding ill be honest i myself am not but im devoted to getting toned lean mass and i train hard.

workout split is this

monday - chest, tri's and abs

tuesday - shoulders and traps

wednesday - legs and abs

thursday - bis and forearms

friday mid and lower bask as well as lats and abs

im finding it hard to find someone who is motivated but if you are interested stil i train at les mills in new lynn give me a bell back as to whether your interested or not
