Just wanted to know if i have to have my photos done wearing underwear or togs????? I can't believe how keen you all are to strip it down to the gruts...it's putting me off having a go cos there's no way im gonna do my photos in mine...or anyone elses for that matter :pfft:

Can i wear shorts????

shorts and a bikini sure... you can always blank your face out so no one will know who you are anyway

Most Body builders are always quite willing to strip down to nothing at any slight suggestion of it! :pfft:

Shorts + bikini top would be fine I reckon! :grin:

The good news is, Bodybuilding can change your ass.... the face, on the other hand.... :oops: :shock:

I'm sure you could make your jaw a lot more prominent if you hung weights from your bottom jaw

Hahaha you guys crack me up! Will have a proper read of 'the rules' and then decide whether or not to...um...enter? Or whatever.

No idea how to pose though - think it might be more "here is photo 1 and here's me again 10 weeks later - look how my guts are a bit smaller!". I can flex my biceps but after that I'm stumped!

Excitement plus, last night I braved the cold in our little state house and put on the bikini to take some photos. Had to google "bodybuilding poses woman" to see what to do, and had a real fun time attempting to do the poses, look like a real twirp but a twirp having fun and tonight when I get home from work I will spend my usual 2 hours working out how to post them! Yay! \:D/

download irfanview, its free and really good for simply resizing pictures.

once you have installed it open the picture and press ctrl+r to resize it (press the half button) and then save as a jpeg at 90% quality (those options are in the save box that comes up when you press ctrl+s or save).

if u have 'paint' on ur comp. right click on pic, then open with, paint,image, strech and skew, 30% & 30%(is normally wot i do if coming down from a ful size photo. than save. done!! :lol:

Why so many people blanking out their faces?? Is it the fear that someone might come up to you one day and say "omg you're ........ form nzbb".....

The face blanking also leaves room for corruptness in the competition..... how can anyone be sure it is the same person in the next sets of photos if the face is blanked out. Quite surprised the judges would let something as big as that go unnoticed.....

lol i think its pretty obvious going by photos if its the same person or not. plus im sure everyone still has the original photos and the judges could request those to verify.
