Sorry about my FRIDGE WHITENESS! Ran outta time to get get a tan, I will try harder next time I promise!! :grin:

Still can't pose so no change there either!

Someone may have already asked this before but why are you posing in front of a chalkboard? Do you take photos during your lunch time break at school? And that clock trips me out. In fact just everything is weird and trippy :crazy:

Ha ha no it's in my apartment I have a massive blackboard it's great for reminding me of things and it's fun at partys! Yes my clock is trippy too, my apartment is a bit trippy in fact! I decorated it myself :shifty:

here goes ...again..!!!

pretty happy with the progress so far considering i have only really been able to do any decent amount of cardio in the last few weeks as my leg gets better...

cant wait to start running again so i can really strip the fat off!!! :nod:

I got the clock from a shop called The Vault, there's one here in Auckland and there's one in wellington, the brand name is 'Chilli' and the clock is called 'Dali' if you google it you might find it elsewhere.

Ha ha I was supposed to crop my notes out! Long story but I'm renting my apartment out for when I move to Wellington and I have a bright pink toilet seat with pink hearts in it and that's a reminder to buy a new one for the tennants as I'm taking it with me!

The 10:15 is when I had to take the cake out of the oven and it would have been in for 1.5 hours by then.

My blackboard is far more interesting than my pics! Damnit I just can't compete with that thing!!!

:clap: 'manwithav8' u got the potential for a mean back bro, (with backdouble bi pose -lift ur elbows up bit higher and try flare ur lats out a bit),(with rear lat spread- lift shoulders up a bit to square off top of ur 'V/triangle' ur aiming for) just my 2 cents to help u show ur true mass/shape. :wink:

haha not quite mate. posing feels really akward and i haven't got the first clue about it. i'm hoping the next 10 weeks will see enough of body change that my posing won't mean diddly hahah

Just pop your elbows up a bit on a double bi pose mate ... elbows even with base of your neck is a good place to start. I recommend paying someone to spend a hour with you on the basic poses > knowing how to pose can ad inches to muscle groups on stage or on film :nod:

Learning to pose kind of enters the realms of competing so have never thought of taking it serioulsy. i just enjoy throwing the tin around the gym and seeing the VERY slow progress lol. Hadn't even given a thought to going on stage..
