Sounds like your problem is not your body, If you have low self esteem then that in its self is unattractive to anybody. If you have a crap personality then deal with that first.

You can put as much muscle on as you want, but if your a dick head, then your a dick head.

And if you have low self esteem then are you not going to be to scared to go to the gym and work out next to somebody huge?.

Welcome mate. Yeah, bodybuilding can help increase self esteem, but it's not a miracle cure. It doesn't happen overnight either, so I hope you're willing to wait a bit for that girl. In the meantime - train hard, eat hard.
