Carrying that much gear...he had a very very slim chance of getting it through...but yeah he should have maybe just tried his luggage with that lot... or posting it back in individual packages maybe...that was too risky...

id i were to buy stuff it would be between $150 - $200 per 10ml. except for test propionate which would be 20ml for that price.

consider it pretty cheap compared to what i was paying when i first started out, but we all got over charged at the start right.. but i also know its still expensive compared to what it costs to manufacture and also prices overseas. you gotta take into account the risk factor for the guys bringing it in whether it be oil or powder so IMO the price which i would be paying if i bought is fair.
