Hey thought id do the whole intro thing.Thought id get off my ass an get into gym ,i was goin most days for bout 3 months lastyear but moved and stopped going..Im a tall guy ,closing in on the 2m mark and found it hard to gain mass.i was eating heaps and doin the protein shake thing.got a bit broader ,but not what i was hoping.Anyway im goin for it again .looking to do upperbody and get abs (which i couldnt see the last attempt)..So was wondering how does gaining mass/losing fat work?can you do both at the once?or one after the other..any help or tips .cheers

hey dude,it doesnt generaly work togetha, most wil do a 'bulk' (gainiing the muscle with bit of ecess fat/carbs/cals etc) and then wen ready will do a 'cut'(tryin to loose the excess fat/cals etc ,and up the cardio) in the hope to not drop to much muscle but in the end have abs and more deffinition showing. so u prob wana choose 1 to start with and then we can help assist u with help :wink:
