Hey guys, the names Cory (well duh). 29 living in Akl.

I've been a regular at various gyms for quite some time now, but have only really recently been starting to see results in the last 6 months.

I train at Bodytech, Takapuna (great bunch of peeps there). I've decided to take things up a notch and see where it leads. I've been tracking my food intake as of last week and will look into suppliments etc too, just need to read up on what works best for my goals.

Last time on the scales i was 73kgs and i should still be 6 foot - don't think I've started to shrink yet so that should still be right ;-)

My training is done in the middle of the day typically, mon-fri. I aim for 5 days a week with cardio splitting my weight sessions. But lately im only there about 3 days a week.

I want to get "bigger" without having to gain body fat and am hoping what i learn here will help me with that.
