Green Tea Extract

Im a great believer in the goodness of green tea and go through about a 1.5lts a day now that Im dieting.

I have read in a few sources that they believe that just green tea extract itself is more potent. Any idea where I can buy this in capsule form or whatever, If its reasonably priced Id be interested. Primarily cause its logistically easier to go through pills as opposed to lugging around a 1.5ltr bottle of green tea in addition to the 1.5ltr bottle of water I carry around in my back pack at uni all day.

I've seen injectible green tea extract just not in this country. I dont' see why it would be illegal to bring in you could always google search it
