naroteen and creatine

Hi ,

My goal this winter was to add up some muscle and go on fat loss routine (cardio,running etc.) end of winter . I made a few changes to my diet and workout. I took naroteen , creatine and glutemine . That really worked for me. I do not want to disturb my present routine . can some body please help me with the following questions :-

a) Is it safe to take naroteen (test booster) for 2 months.

b) how do you workout body fat %age (sorry if it has been already answered but i couldn't find it ).

c)As I understand you need to cycle your creatine intake otherwise the body stops producing it , but is it safe to take it continuously for 3 months

Im assuming you mean norateen, you'll be fine for 8 weeks, it probably wont do much though.

Using bodyfat calipers is most common actual way else its look at pictures of people and compare your level of bodyfat to theirs.

There is debate on cycling creatine, many of the cycling studies are on rats. Lots do not cycle unless they run out, you will be fine for 3 months.

I can't see any problems with 3 months continuous use of creatine. I like to take a break from any and all supplements sometimes though so I would never recommend taking indefinitely unless on medical advise
