The protein is of extremely low dosage in ordinary cows milk - full fat or fat free - but it is of higher concentration in human milk.

win

lol. well, could they write a slightly more informative article? it gives you no info on what the protein is, and lol all they have proved is that it does that in mice. Not humans. Let alone all the negative side effects of milk... :/

Whats with all the bagging of milk? :( Can someone please clarify whats wrong with it?

I drink shit loads... :shifty:

Hmmm... a forum search would probably bring up some of the past convo's, has been discussed quite a bit. One comment I recall is along the line of, 'the inventor of pasteurization himself has admitted it was a mistake.' - For health reasons. Happy hunting!

So does BIGKIWI 1 litre for his last meal if Im not mistaken

I read some study awhile ago about drinking milk before bedtime, that it can be bad for your health, they said something like it damages the triangle danger zone around your nose and mouth and dries out your nostrils..

I have just had the same sorta question answered in another topic thread....

Milk causes an very high insulin response, disproportionate to the amount of carbs actually in it and it's GI. So I try to keep a limit on how much I consume (else I'd probably be knocking back a litre a day  )

For a bit more info:

http://www.johnberardi.com/articles/qa/ ... pr2001.htm

Its quite a good article, but doesn't provide any real answers.

I'm not going to stop drinking it, theres just far too many well established and scientifically-proven health benefits to justify giving it up just because of some new research into its insulin response. We all started with milk, so there must be some good in it.

and there is a million trillion studies saying that alcohol and cigarettes are damaging to your health yet people still consume massive amounts of these substances each year-i think milk is the least of anyones problems !!
