MAF werent fine with my last order from BB.com, they kept it for a full damn month before letting it go, I ask you how long does it take to check flaxseed oil is ok?.

I learnt the hard way to never go the cheapest option with postage, always get the tracking option, its only a few more dollars and gives piece of mind

BTW there are no tracking no's for standard international postage.

why why why would you order flax seed oil from overseas ?????????? you can pick it up at any supermarket cheap

plus u realise it needs to remain chilled. keeping it in a hot ass storeroom for a month is not a good idea lol

Ive yet to see a quality flax oil for a decent price in NZ.

And no it doesnt need to be kept chilled, only once opened

purely organic, cold- processed, optimum EFA concentrations.

Best Ive found in a suprmarket here is 250mls for $13 not even a weeks worth.

I can buy 0.71 litres for nz$17 from bb.com or better yet 0.5 litres for NZ$9 from swanson.

I use Waihi Bush organic cold pressed flax seed oil. It's about $20 for 500ml. I much prefer the taste of it to the supermarket flax oil. I'd be interested to know where in Swanson you get your flax oil from?

I use the same as char_k. Its certified 100% organic, cold pressed, and is 61% omega-3 EFA. I got mine for $18 for 0.5L. Really good stuff if you ask me.

This chick from the States I spoke to from the net used bb.com to send me a 10 lb bag of Optimum Nutrition and that Sans V-12 turbo stuff for my birthday and it came in quick time. I wouldn't have any problems ordering off there.
