Figure vs Shape poses

My wife is doing her first show this year and I cant help with posing practice for the ladies.

She will be competing in Nabba comp in either figure or shape. Can anyone please tell me if the poses differ greatly between shape and figure and if they do direct me to some pics of poses for both.

Any help would be great. Thanks ladies

just take note on sat and practice the female posing so you know what the diff is :wink: :pfft:

Havent been on the site for a while and found my name here! I think Ive been in contact with the member re figure vs. shape poses.

While I've done over 10 shows I havent done shape. My recommendation is to get in touch with Leanne Simays (nee Grindrod). She has competed in both classes, teaches posing and also judges (NABBA)... and has also wone a shite load of comps. I have her contact details so if anyone would like to see her, let me know.
