IGF-1 and/or IGF-2

Recommended Posts

Hey guys sorry in advance if not totally the correct place to post this but thought this part of the forum would get better answers.

So........I've done alot of reading about the 2 products above but wanted to know if anybody uses (injected or oral) and what sort of gains they had and if they have had any side effects?

Cheers

Cannot see how any peptide (amino acid) based hormaone can be efective taken orally.

Digestive tract in adults will destroy any peptide hormone taken orally, except in new born babies (1st few days), I think new borns can utilise growth factors as peptides from Colustrum.

Yes genuine IGF-1 is effective, HGH reduces to it in the liver.

You need IGF1 Long Chain R3 to be effective. Its the "esterised" form or IGF1 which takes its active life out from a few minutes to 6 hrs or more. R2 is a protein binding gene but part of the same family or polypeptides. Some "preparations" utilise both R2 & R3 & yes there are some versions in an oral form but the breakdown by the liver makes for a weaker or more expensive version. IGF1 is a more powerful "drug" than HGH in some respects & should only be used by advanced BBers & with extreme caution if stacked with insulin as it magnifies the effects of slin significantly.

Cheers guys your opinions are exactly what I was thinking. Orals less of the stigma of a needle but mostly a waist of money and the real deal is an expensive risk.

Thanks again really appreciate it :D
