Say you're 150kg around 20% bodyfat. What would you suggest that person eat with the end goal of cutting? That person is trying to figure out what to do for carb cycling but is getting really confused with all these numbers and a semi idea for minimums but still isn't quite sure.

If someone helps out, maybe I'll have to post pictures even.

Please help someone :pray:
