Is the reason i have the major cranks possibly because of the new me im trying to create (bfl , training 6 days a week, eating 6 meals blah blah)?

I dont feel justified in being cranky yet as im only about to finish week 1.

Perhaps its my body adjusting to not having lots of milky bars and fish n chips and the odd glass of wine, and potato chips etc etc. Maybe my body and mind are having a tantrum. Maybe its the essay combined with the burning legs.

Whatever it is, i hate unjustifiably snapping at my daughter (big time)

Do others have any wise words to offer?

I stopped getting the cranks after about, two weeks into my new plan. It's definitely your body adjusting to the new food.

Chin up :) Although I didn't have many ways to combat it (other than leaving the room when I could feel the 'rage' arise), it did eventually pass.
