abeolutely nothing wrong with it mate. A meal is a meal for a bodybuilder, it doesnt have to be a traditional breakfast...

Although for 1st meal of the day you might want to have whey protein in there as well :)

I know Big Kiwi has chop chop chicken for breakfast...

It depends on if you choose to eat the carbs later on in the day...

Is this chop chop any good? how much?

I dunno much about it, only came up when i was watching the 60 minutes interview of bigkiwi. i think it was 3.40 a can.. so tuna works out cheaper... but it might make a nice change.

I used to have a Horleys ICE WPI In the morning, but was struggling to stomach it for some reason... probably just being lazy... But i found it wasn't so bad when i sipped it along with breakfast... as opposed to having a full bowl of cereal and yoghurt, and then a shake... But i go to gym 45mins after breakfast, so i need the quickest way to get protein where i need it, and WPI is that way.

Funny how people are conditioned to think that things other than cereal for breakfast might not be normal or healthy.

Eat like a king! :D

Agreed.

It's interesting watching people learn that food is simply nutrients that can be consumed at any time of the day regardless of flavour..

I often have chicken and rice for breakfast - which disgusts some people.. But lilke was posted above, may be an idea to throw in some powder to get your goodies nice n quick.

Although, in saying that - I too am one of them I guess.. Im still getting my head around the days when im out of rice (fail, I know) and drink some oats alongide a chicken breast to complete my meal..
