Yeah sounds like a big one up there Small. I might go up for the day with all these cheap airfares around.

Trying to gauge the level of interest for Masterton as well. Maybe a few of the South Island try-hards might have a crack at it.

Do you mean the try hard south Islanders that have taken out the overall NZ titles in Men, Figure, and Bodyfitness in 07 and 08 do you mean those "try-hards"??? :wink: us south islanders dont try hard, we go hard. Oh yes..... and often win :pfft: :pfft:

Yeah, well said Big Mike!! I spent the first 21 years of my life in Christchurch, so I'm also gonna stick up for us Mainlanders! :nod:

Yep - I'll be at the Masterton show .... I'm organising it, so it would be a bit silly to miss it! :wink: Looking forward to seeing Mike show off his new physique as he approaches the final weeks of prep for his IFBB Pro debut!

We had 66 competitors at last year's event ... probably less this year given it's in June (September last year), but I'm sure we will see another very good lineup of competitors! :nod:

Ha! ..Thanks guys.....took a while to finally get a reaction. Yes many legends from the South Island.

In the past we had little idea how many competitors will turn up to these regional comps but the NZBB site is a great site to gauge a certain level of interest. Looking forward to meeting some of the NZBB legends.

Only 4 weeks to go - tickets are now on sale from Ticketek, but there will be door sales on the day.

I'm looking forward to welcoming and seeing all the competitors on stage ... and of course our special guest poser (Mike Debenham)! Moe Elmoussawi will also be there for those who want to meet and chat with not just one but two of our IFBB Professional competitors! :nod:
