:D I have been reading your forum for a long time some 6 months now... as I have embarked on my own we mission to change my life. I am frequently on http://www.Bigkiwi.co.nz forum, know there as DEAFNESS

I thought to register here and say hi, learn a heap more about my new lifestyle... I hope to make some good friends here I train at Alan Brewsters in old Papatoetoe.

BK 60minutes interview changed things for me and Musclenz and I have work on things to better my life, it is a long story I guess, But I just like acknowledge these two bbers. They both have my sincere respect..

The name DEAFNESS is true I am sorry.. I am deaf man, not by choice of my own, just a curve ball life throws sometimes, I guess, but as I say, "I am deaf not dead" please treat me the same..

The last 8 - 9 months of my life is on BK's website.. pictures and blood work.. progress, with noob questions. yet the short version is, with huge help from BIGKIWI and MuscleNZ I went from 250kg to 173KG current-ish weight now. 67% BF to 37%BF my goal is to be bber like most of you.. just bigger and stronger LOL no serious thats my dream now.. I will achieve it.

Welcome aboard Deafness, like you I suffer serious permanent hearing loss, although i am fortunate it is only in my left ear...have had numerous major surgeries on it.

Using it as an advantage, I sleep well without being disturbed and that helps my growing.

EDIT:sorry, I wasn't thinking when i said that, no offence intended.

Don't worry dude the hearing thing isn't that much of a thing... most time you'll catch me say.. "I am all ears" my bridge is built and I am over it..

My new life consumes me, now.. diet and train ... high protein, low fat and low carb.. .. all good. LOL

no no, he was full of life that little fella, he kept me on my toes, in my hand I had his rope, he was circling for the next attempt to get it back.
