My new diet — feedback needed

  1. 3 fried eggs, 120 g of pork or beef, 2 toasts with chocolate spread, milk
  2. Protein shake
  3. Rice, 250 g of chicken, 2 toasts with chocolate spread, milk
  4. A banana, protein shake
  5. Rice, 250 g of chicken, 2 toasts with chocolate spread, milk
  6. Protein shake

Sometimes I substitute rice with pasta. I also take vitamins like Centrum and Blackmores. And I sometimes eat oranges, apples and pears.

Hey Daniil, what are your goals, I can see from your pics you have leaned up and put on some muscle.

Ditch the bread and spread bro, just an idea:

7 eggs 6 whites, 1 yolk, on one brown toast

Protein shake + Banana

Rice, 250 g of chicken/beef + vegies

Protein shake + Banana

Rice, 250 g of chicken/beef + vegies

Protein shake

For your fat 3 tspns of flaxseed oil in shakes or get some fish oil caps in or if you like nuts have some almonds or cashews about 10-15. If you like tuna have a 185gm tin instead of chicken/beef.

biggurl27, thank you very much for your advice. I never tried tuna but will try to find some now, because it takes me hella long to eat beef or pork — the meat is like rubber always. Will also be eating veggies from now on and buy some fish caps.

I suppose the phrase about pics was sarcasm, or you just confused me with someone else? Because pictures of me don't exist :)
