Newbie/Diet advice ^^' for skinnyfat kid

hi, just wanna check if this diet is appropriate for losing some Bf% (weight)

im 17yold/178cm/75kg around 20% bf

im sufferin from the typical skinnyfat look,

7.30am- 3 whole eggs, Miso(1 cup), glass of milk

12:00 - 180g tuna can, glass of milk

4:00pm- 1 chicken breast, Brown Rice, Miso(1 cup)

7:00pm- bowl of green salads, cup of milk, bannana

comes at around 1200-1400calories

with 3x Cardio a week

my primary goal is to lose weight first. cause i dont have access to a gym until next year.

do you think this is sufficent enough, or anything wrong with it?
