I try to go gym 5 times a week.

Used to be obese/overweight so from january to april i did full cardio 30mins average a day on treadmill 6kms and eating healthy. Came down from 89kg to 69kg the healthy way.

From halfway through April, stopped cardio and focussed on weight training.

Chest: bench press

60kg x 10 reps x 3 sets

80kg x 3 reps x 3 sets

Bicep curls: 12.5kg x 10 reps x 3 sets

15kg x 6 reps x 2 sets

Shoulders

shoulder press

dumb bell 20kg workout

Leg press

and thats pretty much it!
