Anavar + Whinny + Test = ???

I'm planning my next cycle have a read.

Daily x 9 weeks:

60mg Anavar orals

60mg Whinny orals

Above cycle followed by a round of test jabs. Not sure what dosage or duration? Any suggestions.

My aim is to cut up a bit plus retain/gain. A while back I did a cycle of ananvar + Stan without using test afterwards, and it was a waste of time and $$.

Test should be the base steroid of any cycle.

Not sure what you are trying to achieve running your orals first by themselves and then running the test later. Your gains on anavar and winstrol, whilst lean, will be small. Are you running the testosterone after the orals in an attempt to keep the gains you made? :naughty: Also, what type of test are you planning to run?

yes you need test as neither oxandrolone or stanozolol have much in the way of androgenic effects,

250mg per week or more of test is needed, but if you are a beginner then 1 amp of sustanon 250 per week should be fine to make some some good gains and take care with such high doses of the c-17 alpha alkalylated orals in those doses for that time peroid 9 weeks, you may run into liver function problems.

for a newbie 250mg per week of the sustanon by itself for 2-3months will give some good gains in size and strength, and with very little in the way of side effects at that dosage.

anavar at 60mg daily for 9 weeks duration is a hell of a high dose for a beginner and probably won't give much in overall size gains vs the $$ you spend on it.

Don't get me wrong, anavar is a good drug for certain things...

Healing from burns etc where it provides increased collagen synthesis

women 5-10mg daily

sprinters 20-50mg daily (they want phospho creatine synthesis, and the recovery effects)

but it is no much of a mass builder on its own

Try the anavar at maybe a lower dose like 20mg daily with the sustanon,

or even better save the anavar for 3-4 weeks tapering to a softer landing as you come off the test at the end of the cycle, it will help you keep your gains while your normal test levels take a few weeks to come back to normal, at 10-20mg per day the anavar has very little effect on your HPTA yet it will still provide a good anti-catabolic effect to allow you to keep most of your gains made from the long test cycle.

Be weary bro of doing 9 weeks of orals, can be harsh on liver. Winney can also be hard on some peoples joints. Personally I never do more than 4 weeks of orals. Test is fine for cutting or bulking it all comes down to diet. There is only one type of test, the difference is the different esters attached to it.

I would probably do something like

Week 1-10 500mg enanthate

Week 6-10 50mg winney ed

Don't be fooled into thinking you have to mix and match gear to get good gains. In most cases keeping the cycle simple with sensible doses and a good diet, you will get worthwhile gains.

I should have given more detail into what im trying to acheive (ran out of time earlier)

I'm 28yo, 5'10, 87kg, lean and been training very consitantly for the last 8 years or so. Typically doing 2.5hrs cardio 6 days/week + 3 Weights sesions /week. Already done a cycle, but wasnt educated enough to plan it correctly.

typical day looks like this:

5:00am - creatine

6:00am - 1.5 cardio

8:00am - oats + protein shake

9:30am - bcaa + tribulus + fish oil + danelion + thermogenic

10:00am - protein shake

12:00pm - 300gm lean meat + 1 kumara + green veges

1:30pm - bcaa + tribulus + fish oil + danelion + thermogenic

3:00pm - 3 egg whites + 50gms lean meat

5:00pm - 3 egg whites + 50gms lean meat + 1/2 cup rice

5:30pm - creatine

6:00pm - 1hr - 1.5hrs weights

7:45pm - 300gm lean meat + 1 kumara + green veges

10:00pm - protein shake

So as you can see I dont mess about with my diet.

I want to put on some good quality muscle and not lose it as soon as I come off my cycle. Im not after huge gains and not trying to look like ronnie coleman. But at the moment my body doesnt reflect my diet or the effort Im putting in.

please send through some detailed cycles that you think would suit.

Food plan could be a little carb deficient at a quick glance. Maybe increase those & add bit more good fats in there with your cycle to take your body up to the next level. You can still stay lean on a bulking diet with careful manipulation of your daily food intake, training regime & intensity & lifestyle.

What Hone suggested is correct. If your going to run winstrol run it at the end when the joints have the extra lube. 50 mg a day gave me cracked lips and ruined my knee for a few months and I stopped taking the shit after 8 days because it dried me out to much!.

Personally I think its a contest drug and if you have both id favour Var at the beginning of amoderate test cycle.

PIZZA now we talking bro! Every saturday (cheat day) a nice deep dish pizza goes down the hatch along with quite a few other things, ice cream, pancakes, Lovely!

I arrived at a mates place about 3 years ago to find he had dropped a vial of prop. He was on his knees licking the stuff up off his floor! Classic sight!

Slimjim If I was you I would forget about the first cycle, put it down as a learning curve (in this game you will never stop learning) and do a nice 10 week cycle of 500mgs per week of enanthate. Don't even worry about orals at this point. Later on you can always front load or use them at the end if you wish.

Add what musclenz has suggested and bro you will grow. Take some photos now and then at 10 weeks and you will see for yourself just how much you can put on. Have you got a good PCT sorted?
