you could try powerade powder from the supermarket?

also, if you live in auckland, last time i checked, nutrition plus had 50% a range of cytosport products (pre and post workout drinks)

Foodtown supermarket in Westfield shopping centre in Newmarket should have it, in amongst the bottled drinks. The powder comes in a blue round container.

We stock the Powerade powder at Rebel as well but its hardly ever in stock so ring first to check.
