Better said - build the foundation before building a BIG house

on top of it. Proper growth or physical maturity and mature muscles

are the best suited to advanced suppliments.

Sadly for some, they rely on the drugs (too much) and

(even pros) rollercoaster their builds in between programs,

as they are challenged to train regulary

and stay motivated without.

Insulin ALONE seem a pretty scary

(I am sorry to say) stupid choice

how is it a stupid choice? please share your experience,

because obviously you have done it and know all about it.

If you read MY POST completely (a short[er] read - now)

You would have see that I am doing the FULL program,

I am just now considering and curious (about insulin),

as this would be the next step for me, for mass build-up

and blood sugar balancing.

I am ?ready? for it . . . but scared

Insulin A L O N E though? GOOFY!

Even with my COMPLETE program risky . . .

I think the main problem that a lot of people have with you choosing to use Insulin on its own is that there are a lot safer ways to go about muscle gain, especially so at such an early stage in your training. To really optimise the effects of insulin you would be best to have combined it with GH and/or test rather than just using it on its own. Using slin with GH will mean a greater rise in IGF1 than with slin alone. As slin has such an effect on shuttling nutrients into the muscle cells (and fat cells) it makes sense to stack it with other things at the same time to maximise muscle gain and avoid excess fat gain.

BTW, what type of gains did you notice in the month that you used it?

It IS NOT gonna happen in (just) 2 years of normal training . . .

MUCH LESS ONE EFFECTIVE CYCLE . . .

Why IS everyone SO damn impatient - unrealistic

:grin: about building a really great physique.

Many pros come into there best shape in their late 20s

with many (10+) years under their weightbelts and

mature muscle development.

Until most figure our IT comes from the inside

they will never likely be satisfied what they

wear (that others see) on the outside... 8)
