OMG I cant believe Im sitting here browsing through a body building site! This has always been something that has secretly interested me.... This Monday coming I am starting Bodyforlife. I HAVE to do it. I need something that is strict and regimented. Im excited, and glad i have found this site to learn from.

I'm a nurse and have a cool 11 year old daughter, oh and a cool and supportive partner

I know there will be many questions as I start this BFL journey :D

Welcome - to NZBB

BFL is a great way to get started and you will learn a lot. Just stick with it and the results will come.

What are your goals? Short term and long...

Will you go to a gym or work out from home?

Good to hear others who have done Bfl and had good results!

Sometimes i have small amounts of doubt when i look at all the amazing results in the BFL book and think that cant be real. But I realise everyone has different results. Me, I want to work hard and end up looking great. I dont want to be massively muscly with big veins popping out etc, but I want to be able to see muscle definition and get rid of lots and lots of flab.

Tomorrow I am meeting with a Les Mills PT to get measured, weighed etc and to work out the in's and outs of BFL. So I don't know my body fat % or anything like that at the mo . Then Monday is D Day, day 1, week 1. IM SO EXCITED!!!

I honestly cant contain my excitement. I feel sorry for my partner because im talking about it so much and asking him a lot of questions. I feel like every second thing I say is "Hun, you know protein shakes, well do I....?" and 5 mins later "Hey hun, you know when im doing my cardio days, is it better to do this, or that?" . So it will be good to meet with a pt and ask her all that stuff. And of course I should utilise this site more often.

I cant wait for monday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
